Staying here offered fine ocean views and a private, relaxing atmosphere. The homemade breakfast with fresh bread rolls added a good touch to the mornings, and the staff's warmth. The hotel showed signs of wear, with an outdated mattress that impacted sleep quality and air conditioning issues that resulted in dripping water. Be prepared for nearby noise and limited entertainment options.

Luxurious accommodations and stunning views, the warm ocean, and friendly staff help create a dreamy New Year's vacation. The suite was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen and a private balcony where we enjoyed savoring meals while taking in the beautiful scenery. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to various popular attractions, while still being tucked away from the busy city life.
Despite the wonderful experience, we did encounter some litter on the sandy beach, which could have been addressed by beach goers taking more responsibility for their trash. the tap water was not drinkable, which required regular trips to the market to purchase bottled water.

We had such a peaceful and calm stay at this beautiful getaway. The cabana we stayed in, called Concha, was clean, comfortable, and well-done. The breakfasts served were delicious and creative, and we loved enjoying our coffee on the front terrace. The beach and pool were perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed exploring the little town of Chelem. we had an excellent vacation and would recommend this quiet and beautifully kept getaway.

The location of this beachfront hotel is just unbeatable, with its sandy beaches and turquoise waters. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the coastline from your balcony, and relax in the hammocks. the rooms are spacious, well, decorated, and comfortable, with large beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast served by the friendly owner is delicious, and the hospitality top, notch. the pool is sparkling and clean, and the garden is well, maintained with plenty of seating options.
The noise level from the surrounding area can be too high early in the morning, disturbing those looking for a peaceful sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel that is situated right on a private beach, so I fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves. The room was spacious, had lovely decor and was equipped with everything I needed including a kitchenette. The breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful, made even better by the warm and cute hosts who gave me great recommendations for places to visit in the city. The hotel's facilities were in pristine condition including the pool area and garden.
Nothing all excellent.
